COLOR ACCURACY:
Fabrics World takes every precaution to ensure the consistent color presentation of items presented online, but owing to color
variations beyond our authority, Fabrics World cannot ensure the colors of
fabrics and notions ordered through our website. Because monitor calibration
and display settings are not universal, we strongly advise obtaining swatches
before making a final material purchase.
Need to mention here: Coloration will change
depending on the setting in which the fabric or product is viewed, as well as
temperatures under overhead illumination, such as daylight, LED, fluorescent,
and so on.
SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY:
Shipping and Return Policy Fabrics world USA
ships internationally, in accordance to the United Postal Service, has been
our primary shipping carrier. In addition, you'll be notified of the total cost
of your transaction prior to its execution.
Fabrics World USA ships fabrics all over the
world. Usually, we start processing your order once they received. And in most cases, we ship your order the same day it is received. If we receive an order
after 5 pm or weekend, it will be shipped on the next business day. Currently, we
are using UPS as our shipping carrier. We will let you know the exact shipping
cost before we charge your card.
RETURN OR REFUND POLICY:
Fabrics world USA offers a policy of exchange
for defective, damaged, or wrong items only. Such a claim must be made within
Seven Days from the date you receive the shipment. Returned items must be in
original conditions (i. e. unaltered and undamaged). A copy of the original
Packing Slip must be accompanied by the returned package. If any reason you
want to return our fabrics, you can return them within 7 business days after you
receive our fabrics. A customer has to pay return shipping costs and 50%
restocking fees. Fabrics World USA has reserved the right to deny any refunds
for fabrics that have been cut or altered. Original shipping cost is also
nonrefundable. Please contact our sales department before any return.
THERE IS NO RETURN OR REFUND
AFTER CUT:
Fabrics world USA offers refunds for, solely,
unaltered products to the extent of the initial disposition of the product in
question is that of its initial circumstances, (cut and/or damaged fabrics are
non-refundable). In addition, we reserve the right to deny any refunds. You
must pay 50% in restocking fees and the return shipping costs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
To get precise prices, choose your country from
the drop-down menu during checkout. Please note that we are unable to send to
P.O. boxes located outside of the United States.
Please note that some items cannot be sent to
specific countries due to customs limitations. You will either receive no
further instructions or a message if this is the case.
Depending on when your order arrives at the
UPS i-Parcel Facility, orders sent outside of the United States may take an
extra 3-9 business days to process.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DUTIES AND
TAXES:
Duties and taxes will be computed and must be
paid in advance at the time of purchase (prior to leaving our facility for
shipping).
The local government determines duty, customs
taxes, and VAT depending on a combination of the country of origin or
manufacture of the products being purchased, as well as the classification of
that merchandise in line with the local government's system.
The amount of legal duty, tariffs, and taxes
will differ depending on the product ordered and the local government's
specific rates. During checkout, UPS i-parcel DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) will
collect the sum of any applicable import duties and taxes. When your order is
delivered, you will not be charged any further fees.
